# Debugging - Ubuntu 20.04 There are proven reports of Ubuntu 20.04 working with AMD GPUs for OpenGL, perhaps because it uses an older kernel and contains in its `apt` package repositories older, tested versions of the AMDGPU Pro driver that may still support the Hawaii chipset in the R9 390's that I have. ## Make bootable USB I overwrote the 30 GB USB stick that I have with 20.04.6 LTS and installed it alongside Ubuntu 22.04 to be able to mount and make use of the `arcologos-infra` repo. ## Download AMDGPU Pro For Ubuntu 20.04. It says it's for 20.04.5 so we'll find out whether the version patch makes a difference. https://www.amd.com/en/support/linux-drivers
